At least one member of Vampire Weekend is a Nets fan

Vampire Weekend are very good and very New York, having done more to capture the Gotham mystique than any pop culture actor since Woody Allen. They’ve released a video for “Diane Young,” one of the better songs off the recently released Modern Vampires of the City, in which drummer Chris Tomson is seen sporting a Brooklyn Nets shirt beneath his jacket—a nice sign that in lieu of a championship, at least the Nets have captured local hearts. That, or the black and white goes with just about anything.
